The Datahub returned at 20:11, the Besparingscheck at 20:49, and VCSW Digitaal at 21:06. Our smaller applications and services are available again too. There is no indication that our systems or your data were affected. Our website www.vcsw.nl remains offline until our hosting provider has installed the update. We will post here when it is back. The update is now available for our servers and we are installing it. Services will come back online one by one, and we will confirm here when everything is available.

The PHP update has been released, but it is not yet available for the systems our servers run on. VCSW Digitaal, the Datahub, and the Besparingscheck therefore remain offline for now. We will install the update as soon as it is available and post here when we start.

As a precaution we are taking VCSW Digitaal, the Datahub, and the Besparingscheck offline until the PHP update is installed. The update is announced for 16:00, but we cannot be sure it will be available for our servers straight away. CERT-EU, the cybersecurity service of the EU institutions, advises organisations to consider taking websites offline until they can install the update. Our security partner has given us the same advice. There is no indication that our systems or your data are affected, and we want to keep it that way. We will bring the services back as soon as the update is installed and post every step here. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

As a precaution we have taken several smaller applications and services offline until the PHP update is installed. Our hosting provider has also taken our website www.vcsw.nl offline until it has installed the update. VCSW Digitaal, the Datahub, and the Besparingscheck are not affected by this and remain available.

The precautionary maintenance is complete and all our services are available again. The protective measures are active, and there is no indication that our systems are affected. The official PHP update is expected this afternoon. We plan to install it from 16:00 and will keep you informed here.
